| Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center Over 60% of the patients who come to Seattle’s Children’s Hospital & Regional Medical Center have a lifelong chronic disease. This priceless community asset sees children from as far away as Alaska and Montana, and is ranked as the No. 9 such hospital in the United States. KOMO 4 has been a supporter in ways large and small for over two decades and has seen it grow in size and stature over that time. KOMO 4 proudly broadcasts the Miracle Makers Telethon in June and the Miracle Season Telethon in December. |
| Food Lifeline Food Lifeline is the largest hunger relief agency in the state of Washington. It provides invaluable emergency feeding services through the state. The station and Food Lifeline have worked together for some 21 years on the Season of Giving Food Drive which replenishes supplies in its warehouse and affiliate food banks. |

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is one of the finest research institutions in the world with three Nobel laureates working to fight cancer. KOMO 4 along with sister station KVI have provided a way for viewers and listeners to donate while personalities from both stations “compete” in a friendly mountain climbing event – Climb to Fight Breast Cancer. |

Inflammatory Breast Cancer Foundation KOMO 4 was the first station in the country to tell viewers about the then little known insidious disease inflammatory breast cancer. It grows rapidly and is frequently misdiagnosed because there is no lump in the breast tissue. Worse, it is often fatal. KOMO 4 stories went viral and literally circled the globe creating some one million video plays in a week’s time; at its peak the story registered 10-12 million hits over a four month period. |
| Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) is the leading charitable funder and advocate of type 1 diabetes research worldwide. JDRF is committed to funding the world’s best research to cure type 1 diabetes and its complications. The JDRF Northwest chapter serves people in Washington, Montana, and Alaska through advocacy efforts, online support and resources, educational events, research updates, fundraisers, and Northwest diabetes resources. |
| Museum of Flight Seattle’s Museum of Flight is the largest air and space museum on the west coast and has one of the largest collections in the world. Rotary Club of Seattle Founded in 1909, the Rotary Club of Seattle is dedicated to "doing good" in the world. | King County Sexual Assault Research Center Founded in 1976 as King County Rape Relief, KCSARC has grown to be the largest sexual assault victim's service organization in Washington. Responsible for creating nationally recognized prevention education and therapeutic programs, KCSARC's work has been replicated around the country. Their original book, He Told Me Not To Tell, the first book ever published about child sexual abuse, has been printed in 10 languages in 8 countries and over a million copies have been distributed. KCSARC's pioneering work in collaboration with the King County Prosecutor's Office created a Legal Advocacy program, which is the model for similar programs in counties throughout the United States. |

Leadership Tomorrow Each year, Leadership Tomorrow selects 72 emerging and existing leaders from the private, public, and non-profit sectors of the community to participate. The nine-month program provides those selected with a curriculum designed to raise awareness of the needs and challenges that affect the region, and enhance individual leadership skills with a focus on community stewardship. |
