An update on Kathi Goertzen's condition by Dan Lewis, Nov. 21.

Kathi Goertzen's recovery from brain surgery is going well.

She finished her radiation treatments this week. She had 13 treatments over about three weeks, hoping to stop the growth of the small part of the tumor doctors have been unable to remove.

She's a little tired, but feeling fine. She plans to take it easy for a while and a lot of time over the holidays with her family.

They won't know for a while if the radiation therapy was successful. They'll wait a few weeks and then do an MRI to see how the tumor is responding.

So a few more prayers for Kathi would be nice. I know you've said a lot already. Kathi really wants to be back at work, and we're all hoping that will happen soon.
