Denise’s Blueberry Irish Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
4 T butter, softened
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat flours, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda together. Add butter and beat again. Add eggs and buttermilk and beat just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9" spring form or loaf pans.

Bake for 45 minutes.
