Skinny Pumpkin or Peach Muffins

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cups pmpkin puree or 1 1/4 cup chopped peaches
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and salt.

In separate bowl beat butter, sugar and eggs. Fold in pumpkin or peaches and milk. Then blend in flour mixture.

Bake in muffin pan for 25 minutes.
