Celery Apple Sausage Baked Pancakes

• 17 oz. pkg brown-and-serve link sausages (I only used eight links.)
• 1 cup pancake mix
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup chopped peeled apple (I used 1/4 cup apple and 1/4 cup chopped celery instead.)
• Maple syrup

1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Brown sausages as directed on package.

2. Stir pancake mix, milk, cinnamon and egg until blended. Stir in apples and celery. Pour into dish; arrange sausages on top.

3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Serve with syrup.
