Omelet in a Bag

This is good for a family gathering!

• Have each family member write their name with a permanent marker on a quart size boilable freezer bag.

• Crack two eggs into bag (no more than two) and shake to combine.

• Put out a variety of ingredients (I used bacon crumbles, chopped sausage links, chopped and peeled apples, shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese and spinach)

• Season with salt and pepper to taste.

• Close boilable bag and try to get all air out.

• Place bag into large pot of boiling water for 13 to 15 mins.

• Open bag and omelet will roll out (healthy with no oil used!)
