Sunday Satchel
• 3 sliced bananas
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 pkg Frozen Puffed Pastry Sheets
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Egg wash: One egg beat with 1 tsp of milk
Directions:
• Heat oven to 400 degrees
• Mash bananas and maple syrup in bowl
• On lightly floured surface, roll each pastry square into a 15X5 inch rectangle
• Cut each rectangle into three squares
• Spoon banana mixture into center of each square and fold corners and twist to seal
• Put on baking sheet and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon
• Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes, until golden, cool on rack.
