Stuffed Breakfast BiscuitsBy Marlee Ginter
1 1/2 cup ground beef
2 tbs black currant preserves 1/2 cup fine chopped onions 1 tbs minced garlic 1 can 10 biscuits Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain grease. Add black currant preserves and stir until mixed. Pat 5 biscuits into muffin tin and press along side of tin. Fill with meat mixture and top with another biscuit. Makes 5 stuffed biscuits. Bake at 350 for approx. 15 minutes or until browned. |
