Peach And Brown Sugar Bread

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. allspice or cinnamon ( I went with cinnamon )
1 egg
1 egg white
1 29-oz. can lite peaches, chopped

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, allspice or cinnamon, and baking soda. Combine eggs and oil. Stir in peaches. Add this mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir until moistened.

Spray or grease pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves of bread or about 18 muffins.
