Pineapple Brown Sugar Bake

3 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 slices bread, crumbled
I put melted butter and brown sugar (nuts are optional) on bottom of casserole dish before pouring in rest of mixed ingredients.

Mix ingredients together and put in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until browned on top.

Makes 4 to 6 servings

**Turn this into a side dish for a pork or ham dinner by taking out the brown sugar and nuts!**
