Denise's French Toast Casserole

3-4 slices cinnamon bread (I use Wagner's from Olympia)
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and sliced
4 extra large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Place bread cubes in a greased 8 x 10 baking dish. Sprinkle the cream cheese cubes evenly over the top. Sprinkle with apple slices. Beat together eggs and milk and pour over bread mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven about 30 minutes or until set.
