8 eggs
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped canned mushrooms
1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded shrimp
Preheat oven to 350.
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks with salt and pepper to taste. Fold yolks into egg whites.
(You can sub zucchini instead of broccoli but up the flour to 1 cup)

• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup butter, melted

1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup melted butter
1 jar jam (12 to 14 oz) (You can use any flavor. I used peach but mango sounds good too!)
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix cake mix and oats. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Press 3 cups of mixture into 9x9 square pan.
1 package Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets), thawed
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 cup well drained, crushed pineapple
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Unfold 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
3 cups egg nog
8 slices stale whole wheat bread
1 cup dried fruit bits (I used cranberries!)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the bread slices into one inch cubes and place into large mixing bowl.
