Paul has lived in the greater Seattle area since he was a toddler. Attended Sacred Heart School in Medina, Junior High in Redmond, High School in Centralia, and attended the University of Washington.

Following a long line of Pioneer Aviators in his family , Paul Tosch found HIS career behind the propeller of the Air Patrol in 1992. His tenure in aviation, however, began on the maintenance side of the business, operating his own repair station. Paul’s entire career in RADIO, has been as an airborne traffic reporter, and nearly all of that with KOMO 1000 News.

Logging over 25,000 hours in his Cessna, Paul has flown nearly three million miles over the Puget Sound area freeways, not including the logged miles in other aircraft. "The Voice of Seattle Traffic" throughout most of the last 2 decades.

When he is NOT flying, you can find Paul at one of his aircraft hangers, either at Boeing Field, or his maintenance facility at the Tacoma Narrows Airport.

Paul and his family (wife Stacey, and 17 year old daughter Lindsay) are avid scuba divers. Traveling the world to discover the wonders of the wet, from the South Pacific, to the Gulf of Siam (Thailand), they search for the perfect diving destination.
