Several homes evacuated after gas line breach in Seattle

SEATTLE – Three homes in Seattle’s Sunset Hill neighborhood were evacuated by firefighters after a natural gas line was breached Tuesday morning.

Seattle Fire said the breach occurred near 3234 NW 60th St.

At least one resident in the area was evacuated and Puget Sound Energy crews responded to the scene.

It is unclear what lead to the gas line breach.

No injuries were reported.
