SEATTLE -- Police say a Seattle man exposed himself to a woman and her two young kids Tuesday morning at a North Seattle bus stop.

Officers were called to the bus stop at 9:14 a.m. after getting a 911 call about lewd conduct in the area.

The victim, a 38-year-old mother of two, was waiting for a school bus with her 2- and 5-year-old children when a man walked over to them and "fully exposed his genitals," according to police.

The victim said the man then walked away, heading southbound towards 100th Street.

The man was long gone by the time police arrived, but officers immediately began canvassing the area and soon found someone matching the flasher's description in the 9700 block of Ashworth Avenue North.

The victim later positively identified the man.

The 48-year old, who has not been named, was arrested and booked into King County Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure.
