SEATTLE -- Detectives are trying to sort out what appears to be an armed home invasion Friday morning in Broadview.

According to the Seattle Police Department, a man called 911, whispering to the dispatcher that two men had broken into his home in the 12500 block of Seventh Avenue Northwest and held him at gunpoint.

He said he was able to escape when a friend of his who was also in the house used a Taser on one of the men.

Officers arrived and arrested two suspects in the caller's backyard. A third man was arrested and later released is not believed to be a suspect, according to police.

According to police, the investigation into the incident is convoluted, and detectives are trying to sort out whether it was indeed a home-invasion robbery or something else.
