The annual Mason County Historical Society Car Show and Ice Cream Social is Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event takes place in downtown Shelton on Franklin Street.

Peter James Wilson, 29, allegedly admitted to detectives that he killed the girl with a kitchen knife.

Wilson waived his speedy filing (until July 12th)– meaning they don't have to file charges in 72-hours and can still hold him on the $3-million bail.

Clare Shelswell's step-father, Peter Wilson, is accused of slitting the little girl's throat.
