At work, but working on personal tasks?

Do you take care of personal stuff at work? And find yourself  finishing up work tasks at home? You're not alone. With "schedule creep" many employees are finding the line between work and home life is blurred. Many are completing personal tasks, like planning vacations and scheduling appointments, even as they struggle to keep their work commitments from taking over their personal lives. Younger workers often see social networking applications like Facebook and Twitter as legitimate on-the-job activity.

We certainly would never do anything personal at work, but what about you? Do you use office hours for personal tasks? Why or why not?
