Peppered Tuna SaladBy Todd JohnsonIngredients
DirectionsMix Panko bread crumbs with Cayenne pepper, chili powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, paprika, crushed black pepper and salt. Press tuna into mix on both sides. Sear tuna in oil over medium high heat. Cook until both sides are brown and tuna is warm in the middle. Cut into 3-4 pieces. Serve on top of greens. Garnish with tomato, cucumber, carrot and cilantro. Top with your favorite dressing. Serves 1.Recipe from Mitch Elvrum, Hopscotch |
