Ingredients

Crab and Green Apple Salad - 8/6/1999

2 green apples 1/2 celery root
6 oz. crab meat 2 Tbl. mayonnaise
2 Tbl. whipped cream 1 tsp. chopped dill
Salt & white pepper to taste Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Julienne green apples and celery root. Mix crab, mayonnaise and whipped cream in a bowl. Season with salt and white pepper. Add apples and celery root. Stir in dill. Serve over artichoke leaves or lettuce. Top with lemon juice. Serves 1.
