DirectionsSeperate radicchio leaves. Rinse and dry. Roll leaves into bundles and cut into 1/2" widths. Put shredded radicchio in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, whisk olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, white pepper, sugar, water, salt and poppy seeds. Pour over radicchio and toss well.
