Ingredients

Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Salad - 10/22/1999

2 heads radicchio or your favorite salad 2 Tbl. olive oil
2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar 1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. Dijon mustard Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of sugar 1 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions

Seperate radicchio leaves. Rinse and dry. Roll leaves into bundles and cut into 1/2" widths. Put shredded radicchio in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, whisk olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, white pepper, sugar, water, salt and poppy seeds. Pour over radicchio and toss well. Serves 4.
