DirectionsPeel, core and coarsely chop pear. Combine pear, onion, honey, mustard, salt and vinegar in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add canola and hazelnut oils. Pulse until mixture thickens slightly. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Serve over your favorite salad.
