DirectionsSeason all vegetables with salt and pepper. Start cooking potato while the grill is warming up. Put potatoes on top rack with the grill closed. Don’t punch holes in potatoes. After the grill is hot enough, add meat and leave grill open. Potatoes take roughly 1 hour to cook outside. When the meat is just about done, cook mushrooms and asparagus on the bottom rack. You can cook them directly on the grill or in aluminum foil or in a saute pan. If you use a pan, make sure the handle is not plastic. Keep grill open when cooking mushrooms and asparagus.
