Island Style Ahi TartareBy Todd JohnsonIngredients
DirectionsDice onion, tomato, cucumber and tuna into same sized small pieces. Add chopped seaweed. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well. Mix julienned carrots, radish, Napa cabbage and red cabbage. Slice ginger into small pieces and add to mix. Add 1 tsp. of the juice from the pickled ginger. Mix well.To serve, put the tuna mix into a round mold in the center of a plate. Garnish with vegetable mix on top. You can add toasted Macadamia nuts some hot Chinese mustard on the side. The mustard is only 1 Tbl. hot mustard powder mixed with water. Serves 4.
