Ingredients

Crunchy Spinach Salad - 2/9/2004

3 oz. spinach 1 1/2 oz. pecan brittle
1/2 oz. red onion 3 wedges Roma tomato
1/2 oz. bacon bits 1/2 oz. Feta cheese
3/4 oz. fried wonton 3/4 oz. fried capellini pasta
1 pinch sesame seeds 1 1/2 oz. citrus dressing

Directions

Clean and trim spinach leaves. Toss with sesame seeds, pecan brittle, fried capellini pasta, fried wonton strips, Feta cheese, red onion and bacon bits. Coat with your favorite citrus dressing. Place tomato wedges around the bowl. Serves 1.
