Ingredients

Berries and Cream - 3/4/2002

1 cup low fat plain yogurt 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. brown sugar
1 cup blueberries 1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries 4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

Mix yogurt and sour cream in a large bowl. Add vanilla and brown sugar. Fold together until all the flavors are incorporated. Add blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Mix well and serve in dessert dishes topped with a sprig of mint. Serves 4.
