DirectionsFill a pint glass 1/3 full of ice. Add mint leaves, lime juice and sugar syrup. You can buy sugar syrup pre-made or make your own with sugar and water on the stove.Lightly mash the mixture in the glass with a muddling stick. Make sure not to tear the mint leaves. You want to leave them whole. Fill the glass with ice and top with cold club soda. Garnish with mint sprig. Serves 1.
