Ingredients

Mocktails-Champagne Mocktail - 12/30/2002

1 sugar cube 1/3 tsp. Marionberry syrup
6 oz. Martinelli's sparkling cider 1 lemon twist

Directions

Place the sugar cube in a spoon and saturate with Marionberry syrup. Marionberry syrup is made by Lopez Island Farm of Washington and is available in some grocery stores, including Larry's Markets.

Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute. Fill the glass with Martinelli's sparkling cider. Garnish with a twist of lemon. Serves 1.
