DirectionsSeason Mahi Mahi with salt and pepper. Cook on grill until inside is done, but still moist.Cut pineapple and broil slices on the grill for a couple of minutes until black marks form. To make the salsa, dice the grilled pineapple. Mix in a bowl with papaya, chili peppers, Maui onion, red onion, bell peppers, tomato and cilantro. Cover with the juice of 2 limes.
