Ingredients

Miss Lucy Bars - 12/1/2003

1 stick margarine or butter 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut 1 6 oz. package chocolate chips
1 6 oz. package butterscotch chips 1 cup chopped pecans
1 can condensed milk

Directions

Melt the margarine or butter, then mix in a bowl with the graham cracker crumbs. Coat a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Smooth the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the pan.

Add in layers the coconut, then the chocolate chips, the butterscotch chips and the pecans. Pour the condensed milk over the top and spread it over the whole pan with a spatula.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
