Ingredients

Ahi Tuna Appetizer - 9/3/2004

12 oz. chopped Ahi tuna 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
2 Tbl. Sirachi chili sauce 1 Tbl. capers
Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 thinly sliced red onion
1 cup Daikon sprouts 2 Tbl. lemon juice
1 Tbl. olive oil

Directions

Mix Caesar dressing and Sirachi chili sauce. Add chopped capers. Stir in chopped Ahi tuna. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Place mixture in a 2" ring mold for serving.

In a seperate bowl, mix sliced red onion and Daikon sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well.

Serve tuna tartar topped with onions and sprouts. Serve with a rustic crostini bread. Serves 4.
