DirectionsToss 3 Tbl. melted butter with bread cubes. Place on a sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees until golden.Brush a medium-sized casserole dish with 1 Tbl. melted butter. Add toasted bread cubes. Mix together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, coconut rum, shredded coconut, and pineapple. Pour over bread cubes. Press down on cubes until the absorb the liquid.
