Lamb BurgersBy Todd JohnsonIngredients1 1/2 lbs. ground lamb 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 2 tsp. chopped garlic 2 tsp. chopped shallots 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper DirectionsCombine lamb, red pepper flakes, garlic, shallots, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Be careful not to "overmix" or the burgers will develop a sausage-like consistency and could be tough.Form meat mixture into 4 patties.
