Less than two weeks ago it was single digits here, probably made it into the low 40's the past few days. Lilac has new buds all over it and this one has started to grow.
Tyrosalata Greek Spread with Olives

DirectionsMix Feta cheese with an electric mixer. Add green onions then 3/4 cup olive oil. In a seperate bowl, rinse olives. Stir in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add thyme, oregano, orange peel and rosemary. Marinate for 2 hours in a dark place. Serve spread chilled on pita bread with olives.
