Ahi Tuna Tacos with Mango Salsa

DirectionsTo make ginger sauce, whisk wasabi with 1 tsp. water. Add ginger, garlic, rosemary, honey, peanut oil, rice wine vinegar, lime juice and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Add cornstarch mixed with 1 tsp. water. Remove from heat. Add 3 Tbl. sauce to mayonnaise.
To make mango salsa, combine mango, tomato, pickled ginger, shallots, jalapeno and 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper.
Rub tuna with olive oil. Season with 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Grill to medium rare. Top warm tortilla with ginger mayonnaise, tuna, ginger sauce and mango salsa. You can also add shredded cabbage and chopped green onions. Serves 4.

I live on the other side of SR 167. Took the picture on 2/27/14 because I wanted a before picture if the hillside gave away. I feel there will be more movement in this location. There is another house that is in danger next to this one.
