Flank Steak with Corn SalsaBy Todd JohnsonIngredients
DirectionsMix ginger, cumin, chili powder, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Rub over flank steak. Marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours. Grill steaks 6-7 minutes per side to medium or medium rare. To make salsa, saute bacon in skillet. Once done, add corn, onions and red peppers. Add jalapeno and cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
