Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Garlic Mashed Potatoes - 11/23/1998

1 1/2 Tbl. minced garlic 5 Tbl. butter
6 oz. whole milk 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
3 lbs. White rose potatoes

Directions

Mash sea salt into garlic with a knife to make a paste. Peel potatoes and boil until a fork can pierce them. Drain and add garlic salt paste. Add butter in chunks. Mash potatoes with a hand masher. Add milk in small increments. Mash until potatoes are smooth. Serves 4.
