Spicy BBQ Tuna with Mango SalsaBy Todd JohnsonIngredients
DirectionsMix peanut oil, Thai chili sauce, wine, coconut milk and ginger. Marinate tuna in mixture for 1 hour in refrigerator. Turn tuna once in marinade. Grill 3-4 minutes per side until medium rare. Use remaining marinade to baste during cooking. To make salsa, mix mango, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, onion, tomato, white wine vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Serve over grilled tuna.
