DirectionsBoil pasta and set aside. Boil mussels in hot water until they steam open. In a saute pan, mix chicken stock, lime juice, white wine, ginger and garlic. Add cream and bring to a boil. Add diced cod, diced salmon and mussels. Sauce will start to thicken. Add green beans and tomatoes. Add pasta. Coat well and finish with butter. Serves 1.Recipe from Eli Kulp, Fado Irish Pub |
