Ingredients

Chocolate Balls - 12/10/2001

5 cups cake or brownie pieces 1/2 cup peanuts
3 Tbl. coconut 1 cup chocolate sauce
Purple sanding sugar

Directions

Gather scrap pieces of cake or brownies. Put in a mixer with peanuts and coconut. Add chocolate sauce and mix on low speed until well incorporated (less than 1 minute.) Roll mix into individual balls. Let them set for a few minutes in the refrigerator. Coat with sanding sugar. It's available in most grocery stores, but you can also use brown sugar. Serves 6-8.
