"Quake" Dessert

Ingredients

"Quake" Dessert - 3/26/2001

2 cups heavy cream 1 1/2 cups passion fruit puree
1 cup powdered sugar 1 can Mandarin oranges
1 pint raspberries

Directions

Mix cream and powdered sugar. Whip to a soft peak stage. Add passion fruit puree. You could substitute concentrate of orange juice or pink lemonade. Mix until passion fruit is incorporated into the whipped cream. Add a spoonful into a martini or wine glass. Put in a layer of raspberries, then another spoonful of cream. Finish with orange slices on top. Serves 6.
