Peas:

Sugar Snap or Snow Peas great in salads or stir fry's

Use a tall trellis for Taller Peas (Tall Telephone or Sugar Snap)

Use Peat twine or string for Support on Taller Pea Vines

Soaking peas in the ground speeds up the how long it takes for peas to germinates

Dwarf peas are self supporting and grow about knee high.

Potatoes:

Potatoes can be easily planted in the garden or even pots

Plant 6-8 inches deep

2-3 eyes on a spud is good indicator of potential growth

Hill soil over potatoes as they grow...

Fine drained soil helps potato growth

Grown in Idaho and Washington
