SEATTLE -- Just what we all needed: A game that marries bad taste with morbid fascination.

So would Ryan Hobson, please, take off that John Wayne Gacy clown nose and come on down.

If you're looking for a knee-slapping good time, check out Ryan's new creation: The Serial Killer Trivia Game.

Yes, now you too can peripherally partake in the murderous exploits of a Ted Bundy or a Charles Manson.

Just brush up on your serial killer knowledge, roll the dice and - if you're the one with the highest body count - Ta-Da!: You win.

Ryan, the master of understatement, says he knows that some people will find his new game offensive, but as an artist he considers offensive as part of his life's mission.

All in good fun, of course.

So far Ryan hasn't been able to hook up with a company that's willing to market and distribute his serial killer trivia game, but he remains hopeful.

I, on the other hand, remain appalled.

So, for glorifying the gory; for pandering to the pain and grief brought about by the horror of human behavior, take a bow Ryan, because this "Schrammie" is for you.
