Fall cocktails from Elliott’s Oyster House

AUTUMN SPLASH

1.5 oz Makers Mark Bourbon

¼ oz Lemoncello

½ oz Amaretto di Saronno

1 orange wedge

1 lemon wedge

Orange slice and sage leaf garnish

Muddle orange and lemon with ice in a tumbler. Combine bourbon, lemoncello and Amaretto, shake and strain into Squall glass (little bit smaller than a hurricane glass). Garnish with orange slice and sage leaf.

PUMPKIN MARTINI

1.5 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

2.5 oz Olympic Mountain Pumpkin Sorbet

½ oz ice cream base

whipped cream

Shaved nutmeg

Combine rum and pumpkin sorbet in a strainer with ice and shake. Pour into a martini glass and top with whipping cream and shaved nutmeg.

APPLE 56 (Elliott’s Oyster House is located on Pier 56)

2.5 oz Yazi Ginger Vodka

½ oz Amaretto Disaronno

¼ oz Calvados

2.5 oz apple juice



Serve up in martini glass~ apple slice garnish.
