Christmas Drinks
Ginger Bell    $9
4 ounces hot apple cider
1 1/2 ounces Yazi Ginger vodka
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
 ½ oz Tuaca
Combine hot apple cider with Yazi Ginger vodka, pour in Irish Coffee mug.
Garnish with freshly grated ginger root. And candied ginger garnish
Sugar Plum Drop    $9
1 1/2 ounces Pearl Plum vodka
1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
1/4 ounce Grenadine
2 ounces sweet and sour
Build in mixing glass with ice, shake well and strain in tall martini glass.
Garnish with plum, sugar stick and sugar rim.Presents
Egg Nog Crème Brulee
Yield 8 Servings
4cups              heavy whipping cream
2/3cup            Sugar
8ea                  Egg yolks
1/4cup            Dark rum
1/2tsp             Ground nutmeg
1                     Pinch salt
1/3                  Cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 11x8-inch (8-cup capacity) shallow ceramic baking dish in roasting pan. Mix cream and 2/3 cup sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves. Whisk yolks in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in hot cream mixture, then rum, brandy, nutmeg, and salt. Transfer to baking dish. Pour enough hot water into roasting pan to come halfway up sides of dish. Carefully transfer pan to oven.
Bake until custard is set around edges but center still jiggles slightly when dish is gently shaken, about 40 minutes. Remove ceramic dish from water. Chill custard on rack until cold, at least 3 hours. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and keep chilled.)
Preheat broiler. Press brown sugar through strainer over custard to cover completely and evenly. Watching closely, broil custard 4 to 6 inches from heat source until sugar bubbles and caramelizes, about 2 minutes. Chill custard until topping hardens, at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours. Serve cold.
Gingerbread Napoleon
Yield 8 Servings
1cup               butter
1cup               sugar
1cup               light molasses
2tsp                vinegar
1.5cup            flour
1.5tsp             baking soda
1Tbsp                ginger
1tsp                cinnamon
1tsp                cloves
.5tsp               salt
1lb                  butter
1lb                  cream cheese
1lb                  powdered sugar
.5tsp               vanilla extract   
Mix together butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread dough. Form gingerbread squares by cutting with cookie cutter. Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees until done.
In separate bowl, combine all ingredients for icing, and whip on high till all combined.
