Ambulance 'booted' while responding to emergency
For emergency medical workers every moment counts. But an ambulance team treating a patient with chest pains was significantly slowed down trying to get to the hospital. As Brendan McCarthy explains, that's because someone put a boot on the ambulance tire.

Seriously? That "Boot Man" should be arrested and charged with interferring with an emergency vehicle. They are lucky the patient didn't die because then there could be more serious charges.
