PAWS helps take in puppy mill victims

Summary

Now that almost 400 dogs have been rescued from an east Kennewick puppy mill, the problem is to find them good homes. Fortunately, PAWS is taking in around 30 dogs from the group and most will be placed up for adoption soon.
