Raw Air4 video of rollover crash

Investigators said a man believed to be high crashed into a Ford Expedition on I-5 Tuesday afternoon, causing the large SUV to flip. Nine people, including six children and two pregnant women, were in the Expedition, but none of them was wearing a seat belt.
