Dashcam Video from Lubbock, Texas shows two officers pushing a woman out of the way and dodging a moving police vehicle, after a van hit it and sent it hurtling towards them.
Hard to tell from the video. Â Patrol vehicles have the option to turn on just the rear lights on a light bar. Â Obviously there are emergency lights on as you can see the reflection from the signs. Â If both patrol car had just the rear lights on...then it is likely the signs were being reflected by the hit patrol vehicle. Â

Why weren't the police lights on before the van hit the police car? They were stopped in the middle of the road... you would think having their flashing lights on would be a given. Hell, if someone breaks down in the middle of the road, you put flashers on. These cops just stopped and parked in the middle of the road?
