Effective 8 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2009, the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR), will restrict all outdoor burning for land clearing and silvicultural (forestry) purposes in King, Kitsap, Mason, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.
